besides the obvious (raw athletic talent) they are big on attitude and intelligence. The team before the individual is a big deal in college much more than in the pros so fitting into their particular team setting and non selfish play also has a lot to to do with it

leadership great defense a scorer and great iq if ur a guard or sf but for bigs they look for ost game blocker and a scorer again
